Return window
Returns may be requested within 21 days from the confirmed delivery date.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, damaged after delivery, or altered may not qualify for return.
How to start a return
Contact Duo Essence before sending any item back. Include your order number, email used at checkout, product name, and the reason for the return.
If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
Shipping and condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by an error from our fulfillment team.
Returned products must be packed in a protective shipping box. Products returned in envelopes or without proper protection may be rejected if damaged in transit.
Non-returnable items
Opened fragrances, used products, testers, final-sale items, damaged-by-customer items, and products missing original packaging are not eligible for standard returns.
If an incorrect or damaged item arrives, do not open or use it. Contact us quickly with clear photos of the product and packaging.
