Refund Policy

Refund approval
Refunds are processed only after a return, claim, cancellation, or order issue is reviewed and approved by Duo Essence.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot send refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment provider.
Processing time
Once approved and processed, refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Duo Essence may process the refund immediately on our side, but your bank controls when the funds become visible.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is returned, when a discount was used, or when shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Refunds will never exceed the amount actually paid for the eligible item or order.
Shipping fees
Original shipping fees and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment team.
If an order qualified for free shipping and is returned, actual shipping costs may be considered when calculating the final refund if allowed by the specific case.
